  1. Your question makes sense to me.

    There is no legal limit to the time the store can keep records, so that will be determined by the store policy. I doubt they will ever get rid of them.


  2. God.  Your question makes no sense.  I weep for the future.

    If the police were never called and/or you were never arrested or cited (that means given a ticket) than there is likely no record... otherwise it is a permanent mark on your record.

    Good luck and please don't have kids.

Better you ask your cousin to apply for a job in the same store, if he archive's a post, then that means no record was done and it was just a warning, if failed and reported black listed then can see a senior manager and ask for sorry or something. I don't know what will happen next. Try it out.
