Question:

How long after a dog has been given its needles can it go out?

Not sure what needles they are called but its where they are then aloud out and have less risk of catching infections. He is a young puppy.

  1. If its the dogs second set of innoculations then its 2 weeks after they have had them.


  2. We had to wait another wk after our dog had his last injection before we could take him outside for a walk,I would also suggest you get your dog used to a lease now walking round the house or the garden with it on so he gest used to it good luck.

  3. you can take him out right after.  i had a sick puppy and i was not able to give needles right away but i still took her out.  with puppies just be careful there are no wild animals in your yard.  Be very careful with Bufo toads they killed my dog, they secrete a very powerful toxin.  just inspect the area where the puppy will be and make sure it is free of danger, some flowers are poisonous to dogs as well.  enjoy your new puppy they are wonderful to have
