How long after a girl is on the shot can she get pregnant?

Ok I'm 20 years old and will be 21 in 9 days and I am engaged. I was on the Depo-Provera shot from December 2007 to June 2008, it was only 6 months, 2 injections. I'd like to know about how long it would take me to get pregnant if I wanted to and also I'd like to know when a girl ovulates. From what I have read a girl ovulates 14 days after her period starts. My fiance and I would like to have a child together and I would just like to know these 2 things or if someone has had an expierence and was on the shot and could tell how long it took them. Also, I'd like to know how I can stop stressing out about not becoming pregnant.

if u want to quit the stress factor, use a different method.. an IUD perhaps? its put in by a doctor. there are two kinds.. the 5 year one and the 10 year one.. u don't have to do anything.. the only bad thing is that for some women there is either a heavier flow or harder cramping during their period.... also, u can get pregnant as soon as those three months of the shot are over.. u cant say.. oh maybe ill wait untill next week.. NO! bad, u can get pregnant the very next day.a girl ovulates on the 13, 14, and 15th day.... that about when she is most fertile.... that doesnt mean u cant get pregnant anytime tho...talk to your doctor.... hope i helped :D
