  1. i hope you bleeding stops in the next couple of day. I bleed for 8 weeks before the doctors gave me a d & c.

after a miscarriage you can expect your period anywhere between 2 - 6 weeks...and you are at your highest fertility point after a miscarriage.

most doctors recommend that you have alteast 3 menstrual cycle before beginning and but it is ultimately when you are emotionally ready. so if you want to start trying ASAP.. i would suggest doing it every day because you don't know when your ovuluation day will be.

my cycle has been completely different since my miscarriage.

    Good Luck!

  2. Could be 2 weeks or it could be 6 months. Juat follow your doctors advise and maybe start to chart

  3. I'm in the same situation as you.  I miscarried my first July 25th.  Bleeding, discharge lasted about 2 weeks after.  We too are eager to try again as soon as possible.  Had some EWCM the past few days, got my first OPK this morning. So we are about to ovulate!!!! My doctor said it was my choice when we could start TTC again.  He did say wait until my HCG levels were down to zero.  (they were a week after the m/c) Hope we are successful, lots of luck !!

  4. I was almost 8 weeks when I miss carried my very first pregnancy and that was in May of 2004. I didn't really have a normal cycle that month. I had a normal cycle in June & without really "trying" we got pregnant again in July & had a healthy (now 3yr old) in April of 2005. I asked my Dr after the miscarriage how long I should wait & she recommended waiting at least a month which is when you should be back to your normal cycle. I don't know if that's a universal answer or just my Dr's suggestion. We also needed the time to mourn the loss of our first little baby. By the way I got pregnant very easily after that first one! I have had two more boys since our first one in April.

  5. Hi, i had a natural m/c in April at 5wks, bleed from 28th-30th April, actually conceived again on 2nd May, unfortunately that pregnancy also ended in the form of a missed m/c at 12wks, it only measured 8wks and no longer a h/b, d&c required as i had no symptons of m/c this time.  I would advise waiting at least a couple of months to allow your body time to heal and repair itself.  Part of me feels i fell pregnant again too soon and this may have been the cause of my 2nd m/c.  Good luck on whatever you decide to do.

  6. i'd try everyday after so you don't miss your chances, because you can not predict ovulation after that your body is recovering. And all women are different!
