When I went to a friend's house, I was surprised to find that I weighed 123 pounds (I'm 5'1"), so I started dieting, eating 1200 calories a day (although I cheated a few times). A few weeks later, the scale said I lost 10 pounds, but I don't see any changes. I don't feel like I'm healthier or slimmer. How long will it be before I see changes?
