  1. If you are breastfeeding, you may not get a period until she's weaned -- or you may get it tomorrow, or anything in between. ("Average" for breastfeeding moms is about 9 months.)

If you are formula feeding, you probably should have gotten a period by now, but I wouldn't be worrying much if you haven't. Give it another month or two.

  2. Depends on whether or not you are breast feeding.  If you are, you usually won't have a period.  Once you stop, your period usually returns after 6-8 weeks-which is the normal time after birth for non-breast feeding mothers.  Have you been for your 6 week OB/GYN check up?  If not, maybe you should give your doctor a call to ease your mind.

  3. Yes I agree if your breastfeeding you will not get it for a couple of months... I was breasfeeding and did not start my period till six months later.

  4. If you are breastfeeding...it will take a long time until you get anything.  I was breastfeeding for the first 4 months...6th month rolled around and I got my period

  5. If your breastfeeding, it's normal. if your not breast feeding, call your doctor.
