How long after having a baby can you offer a bottle without them losing their sucking reflexes?

All three of my children were bottle fed asap.

They won't lose that sucking reflex for a long ,long time.

I don't think they ever lose thier sucking reflexes.

Do you mean giving them a bottle when you want to breast feed?

I'd wait until breastfeeding was well established (6-8 weeks, at least) before giving a bottle.)  My son never took a bottle.  Even with breast milk in it. Your pediatrician will be able to give you the right answer for you.
