Judge ordered removal on July 9. He is being held Willacy Detention Center.

  1. They will try to remove him as soon as possible. If he lacks a travel document (passport), they will have to wait until the Bahamian authorities issue one. Once he has the travel document, they'll move him.


  2. ICE will deport him by escorting him on a plane to fly back.
