How long after passing driving test are you allowed to drive abroad?

I know you need at least three years to rent abroad etc etc. but can you drive abroad as soon as you pass your driving test or is there a minimum time that has to pass.

Also, can you obtain an international driving permit straight away?

Immediately, & (at least in britain) you do not need an international driving license to drive on foreign roads!

You'll be fine...as long as you have a valid driving licence (even the temporary one) you can drive where ever your heart desires

I've heard you have to be 24 to drive in America (if you're from the UK) - but I don't know for sure

It depends what country and how old you are:)

i mean in america they are really strict where as in italy they are lunatics on the road lol xx
