  1. I think it takes about 2-3 months.I breast fed my kids so I did not have one until even later.GOD-bless and congratulations.

  2. i am breastfeeding exclusively and it took me 7 weeks....i had about 2 weeks with no bleeding in between my lochia and my first period.....my sister on the other hand was also breastfeeding and didnt have hers for almost 6 months..p.s...even if u are still not having ur period yet, u can still get pregnant so be carefull

  3. I breastfed and got my period back within 2-3 months with both babies.

  4. i had my first normal period 8 wks after i gave birth naturally to my son. I did not breastfeed. i dont know about the fertility thing. but my docter told me that he had a lot of situations when his patients would come in for a 6 wk check up and have a positive pregnancy test. so be carefull.

  5. idk

  6. It was about 5 weeks before all spotting stopped for me.  I had my regular period about 3 weeks after that.  Also, you are VERY fertile right now.  If you're going back on the pill, the doc may want to wait until you have your first period so be sure to use condoms until then.

  7. Because you recently had a baby, I would highly suggest if you do not want to get pregnant that quickly you need to use condoms until you have some type of birth control plan. Also if your periods where regular before you conceived your baby, then you should start pretty soon. If you have not had s*x yet you don't have to be worried about being pregnant so I would suggest to wait a couple more weeks for your system to get back on a schedule.

Good Luck , hope that was helpful

  8. I had my baby boy in April and got my first period on June 9th and my second one July 6th.

Women are considered very fertile after giving birth. It's hard to know when you're most fertile because you won't know when you're ovulating until your periods get back on track.

ETA: Jenn, if it doesn't make sense to you then why try to answer it? By "after a baby bleeding" she means her post-birth bleeding.

  9. After both of my babies my period lasted 2 weeks then after about 6 weeks from the day I deliverd I started my regular period, most women are fertile 13-15 days after 1st day of your period,Of course you could be different, try an ovulation test, that will help determine your most fertile days.Hope that helps.

    Help me please
