How long after you started taking prenatal vitamins, did you notice your hair growing?

I've started taking my prenatal vitamins :-) and I hear that one of the good side effects is that your hair grows (and nails).

How soon after you started taking them did you see your hair growing faster? Or did you not really see a difference at all?

there's no relationship between the two. take them or not, you'll get hair. its the hormones.

I think hair and nails grow faster mainly because of pregnancy rather than the vitamins. I took vitamins with my first pregnancy but with my second two I didn't and my hair still grew like crazy.
