  1. You will undoubtedly face execution.  :-)   Now that I have answered your question I have to suggest that you have a vivid imagination or are 'on' something.  Good luck anyway!!

  2. Here we call that hindering an apprehension. that is a 3rd degree felony. You would be charged as an adult that is 5-10 years in texas state pen!

  3. If you were forced to hide the murder and the weapon under duress then you'll have to prove that.  It shouldn't be to hard if you get an attorney.  During an interrogation be honest.

Under such mental stress you have to do what you have to do in order to stay alive.  We all know if you saw a man kill someone they will kill you if you don't follow their orders, with or without a gun to your head.

  4. You have to explain why you were "forced" to hide the murderer and the murder weapon. If someone put a gun to your head and told you to, then thats different than being told to and you doing it willingly. Class D and E are low class felonies, but still they are felonies and they can get you, im thinking 1-2 years if found guilty. Since you're not an adult, I dont know what else may apply.

  5. A long time....was it worth not being a, "snitch"?  Do you think the other suspect would have done the same thing for you?
