what is the best way to swim to just get fitter and loose weight.summer is coming up and i want to loose just a little bit of weight but don't want to not loose enough. i was wondering if there were any people who had like a good work out for me (example: 2 laps slow freestyle then 1 lap of breaststroke etc)Please no people saying "swim until u nearly drown, swim fast or there is not proper swimming technique or amount blah blah blah" normal people giving normal advice please.
