How long and is it enough??? 10 points quick!?

Ok hi I am a bit chubby 5'4 147 lbs maybe 5'5. I am VERY healthy and athletic though. I am riding 50-100 miles a day now and eating how I usually eat which I eat like 1k calorise at night and like 1k during whole day... :\..... After the 40-100 mile ride on a bike I will run to cool off for 1 mile. The 50-100 mile will be a nice pace at 17-19 mph.. How long do you think till I weigh 125lbs doing this? Averaging 50 miles a day and 1 mile running after that?

  1. If your seriously riding 50 miles a day then your frying major calories! your burning like double of what your eat so lets just say your burning 2000 calories a day which you easily are. A pounds is 3500 calories so you will lose about a pound every 2 days. So you should reach your goal in only about 2 weeks TOPS! I'm just using 2000 calories as an estimate and i KNOW that your burning more than that. You should lose the fat anywhere from 1 week to 2 weeks.   2. DANG GIRL just cool down, you are working out too much, so the more you gain muscle, you can weigh more, and i think you should do 25-50 instead of 50-100 ok?
