From 22-26 days but if the conditions are wrong for birth it may take longer.

It takes about a month. If you dont know how far along your pregnant guppy is you could check her gravid spot. If its almost black she will deliver very soon.

The guppies gestation period is 22 to 26 days long.  Shortly after birth (hours after) the female guppie is ready for breeding again.

If a male does not breed her she can and will use stored sperm from a previous breeding to conceive again.
