How long are paychecks good for?

i just found paychecks from january and wanted to know if they are good

Not sure if you mean cheques if you do they are valid for a year; but need more info....

Usually it should say on the paychecks which is 90 days.  If you're not sure try deposit into your bank account or you can ask someone who works there.

It depends on the check.  Some checks say "Official Check" at the top and never expire.  Some checks on the front state "Void after 120 days" or 90 days or whatever.  

You could:

1, call the issuing bank (should be somewhere on the check perhaps?) and see if it is still valid.

2, or go to your bank and try cashing it... but then that might result in $25 charge if it is invalid

3, or go to your bank and see what they recommend

They usually say how long they last but most of the time 6 months.
