  1. global warming can destroy earth, but not completely.  i don't think the world would actually be annilated by global warming.  scientists will think of something.

  2. Longer than you or I Will be on this earth to see. i am sure with the melting of ice glaciers years and years ago, they thought the same thing- like all living things we will adapt, maybe not favorably or with all the modern conveniences- but somehow, someway we will!

  3. ONCE AGAIN....

Global Warming MEANS "World Wide Warming!" It is ONLY A Political Term = NOT based in Real Science!

The EARTH is covered by "Three Quarters WATER!" Basic Science, it takes ONE-Btu to raise One Cubic Centimeter ONE Degree Centigrade!

HOW many "Gazillion Cubic Centimeters are there ONLY on the Surface of Planet Earth COVERED by 3/4 Water?"

HOW many Btu's would it take TO RAISE THE SURFACE TEMPERATURE ONE DEGREE?

    DO THE MATH!

And, were are the Million TEMPERATURE MEASURING SITES on the Many Oceans THAT TELL US THAT THE OCEAN TEMPERATURES ARE RISING? Not!

Oh yes, POLAR temperatures have varied LESS Than one degree in the past 100-Years. Noticed I said VARIED, = NOT RISEN!

    Thanks, RR

  4. It is not the earth which is going to get destroyed but we all living creatures will certainly peril.

Remember Global Warming and Coolong is a natural process which takes place due to certain internal and external factors effecting the climatic conditions of our earth. Present problem of global warming is normal but the problem area here is that we humans have induced the rate of rise in temperature due to our non sustainable way of living. And, this induced warming has created problem for not only us but for all living creatures. Humans and those creatures who will be able to adopt the temperature rise will be able to live but those creatures who are not being able to adopt to this fast change will die and become extinct.

The biggest loosers are going to be animals and people living in developing and underdeveloped countries. Soon we will have less land between us since rise in temperature will increase sea level. People who can purchase land at poler region will be able to live since new climatic conditions will make it good for us.

As per old scriptures in Hindu religion - Vedas, we used to live in polar region and shifted to central asia and finally to asia. Keeping this in mind I am sure we will not be totally finshed but since we are in better position than our ancestors a lot of us will be able to survive this.

But, will we be able to save our bio diversity, other creatures and poor? That is a big question.

  5. Global warming isn't going to destroy the Earth. And we're going to go on living with it. Welcome to the future.

  6. 10 days

  7. Liberal

  8. I don't know, but i hope i live to see the end of the world...it'd be cool.

  9. Your entire life, and your children's children's children to the 1000 generation.  Global warming is not going to destroy the Earth.  Change it yes, destroy it No.

  10. Some people dont belive in global warming. but for those who do i think the way we are abusing the earth about 20 to 30 more years

  11. The other mark is a moron and doesnt even know what a btu is. It takes one btu to raise one pound of water one degree F.

note "pound" and "F" as in british thermal unit, as in british system, not si. Energy units are not defined in volume, because volume changes with temperature. And to the rest of the global warming conspiracy theorists: if you haven't taken a science class since high school, your not qualified to even have an opinion on this issue.

  12. i think more than 1000 years but scientists say 5 more BILLION years til the sun dies

    which is hard to believe

wut will EVERYTHING look like but motrals are going to have to stop all this mess and they are going to find a way to preserve wut will be left after thay have destoryed most of their world

  13. Global warming will not destroy the earth.

Warming and cooling cycles have been happening since it's formation.

We'll all be long gone before there is a serious problem, IF the warming continues.

The still has been NO direct link found between warming and human activity.
