  1. 2 minutes

  2. i brush for 3 minutes

  3. yes everyone here is right it is 2 or 3 minutes. But the amazing part is according to statistics although most ppl think they brush for 2 to 3 minutes they rarely exceed 90 seconds. So make a conscious effort to reach all surfaces of all teeth and stay at each surface for a second or two, ull be fine.

  4. if you can't keep track, colgate sells tooth timers for kids (and adults) that tell you when you are done.

some mechanical kids brushes have a beep that indicate when to move to the next tooth.

you can also buy plaque disclosing agents in the form of liquid or tablets.  once the blue is gone, then you are done.  i ike the liquid for my kids.

for the most part 2-3minutes and don't forget to floss.

  5. 2-3 minutes

  6. I think I spend approximately two or three minutes brushing my teeth.

Dentists say that the minimum time you should spend brushing your teeth is two minutes twice a day.

I'm sending you these interested articles that I found online:

  7. You're supposed to spend 2mins but you have to brush your whole mouth including gums, cheeks and toungue!

  8. Brushing your teeth should be done by quadrants, separating the dental arch in four areas of upper, lower, left and right; brushing each quadrant, dividing the time between each, making sure to reach the buccal, lingual and occlusal surfaces along with cleansing the surrounding tissue, this should be completed in a two to three minute time frame.  This does not include flossing, its separate and takes some patients longer than others to accomplish.  Brush effectively and correctly for clean and beautiful smile.  If you are in doubt about your technique, call your dental office, they will be happy to schedule an appointment to demonstrate the correct method of brushing.

  9. Two to three minutes.  But that doesn't mean brush one place for two min. then you're done.  Brush the front, back, tops, and sides of your teeth good, then after two minutes you should be fine.

  10. 3 minutes.
