I've been swimming for a few weeks (30 - 45 mins 3 times a week), and I am 16 years old, 9 st 10 and 1.78 cm tall.
How long before I see the weight loss? And how long before my fat index goes down (it's 32.3%, which is high). It used to be 18 %, but then I started to count calories (no stupid limits, but 1800 kcal on average is my target) and I think I lost muscle mass and put on a bit when I started to pig out.
So, how long before I see a difference?
