How long before he gets out of jail?

He got arrested 2 weeks ago. They have him as a suspect for stealing stuff out of cars.what they have is the cops picked up his friend and one ran... they asked his friend who was it that ran? and he told the cops that it was my boyfriend. but they have no evidence that it was him. The only thing they have is what his friend said. He has been in jail for 11 days now and has court on friday... what do you think is going to happen?

The judge will set a bond amount & if you can pay that, he gets out until his trial.

i really coulnt tell you what will happen.  dont have too much experience with peps being in jail.  but i can tell you that if your bf is hanging around people who steal from cars, and run from the cops, he probably isnt a good person for you to be around.

Need more specifics to formulate a better answer for you, although I think you may be better off asking his attorney what is going on and how soon he will be released.

It depends on whether or not he has prior convictions.  He may also  not be forthcoming with what he has told you.  Keep in mind, innocent people are not generally held with out evidence.

He'll be appointed a public defender if he says he is not guilty. He should be released on his O.R. (no bail) if he has never been arrested before. Other than that it's his word against the others, that and fingerprints in the car.
