Do find out what an orginization is next time. The IPCC is an INTERNATIONAL body that develops policy reccommendations based on scientific findings.

It won't happen.  America is run by the corporations--as it should be.

Corporations wield all the power.  They provide jobs, goods, services, investment opportunity and 100% of the tax base.  If you start pinching them then they will pull out their swords.
