you alright im 15 been boxing since i was 13. you can start when ever if you dont  have the heart to fight dont bother trying. thats the only thign you need. because some people been going there for ages but dont like to get hit and stop the fight or what ever. U GOT THE HEART THEN DO IT BUT WHAT THE **** IS POXING  IS BOXING MATE NOT FUKIGN POXING.

If you mean boxing then I suggest you can train now. Just google a search in your local area and try out a few different clubs to find the best for you.
