  1. While you can store it for about a week, personally I wouldn't eat any leftovers after about 2 days in the fridge.  If you freeze it, it with store for a few months.

  2. In the fridge it will start going bad in 4 to 5 days, but will not taste good after 3. Strong tasting stuff like onions and garlic start taking over the flavor, and starches like potatoes get mushy.

  3. I don't keep nothing in the fridge over 3 days. I put it in the freezer if I think I might not eat it before 3 days.

  4. You should not store anything like that in the fridge for longer than 3-4 days. However, you can freeze some, and then it would be good for up to a year.

  5. If covered about a week maybe a tad longer!  Uncovered about 3-4 days  no more!

  6. It depends on the kind of the vegetable you will store in the refrigerator.

  7. About 5 days if home made but does freeze quite well about three months.

  8. We follow the 3 day rule in our house.  The day after it is made is day #1.  Day 3 is the last day we eat it unless we have some kind of a death wish.

I agree with the others.  Freezing it is a good idea.  You can freeze it in single servings in ziploc bags.  Just be sure you write the freeze date on it and only keep it for 3 months unless it's professionally sealed.

  9. I think up to one week should be fine.
