How long can Pa Probation Violation Hold Phila. Pa?

My husband has since 6/28/08 in CFCF for 10 yr.Old Violation of Probation . This is from 3 cases in 92 93 95. He was not charged with any new crimes since. Some one turned him in! In 98 He missed appts with his PO Due to him working 2 jobs to sopport us . His PO did not want to hear anything. after missing appt / Being Late. His PO told him see was going to violate him. In 95 the judge held him for Violation. In 1998 he stopped reporting to his PO Since he did the he has not been charged with any new charges not even a parking ticket.we have bought homes, have a small home business.Our son is a-b student. Paid our taxes He has a life treating illness I hired a lawyer but, He said it realy up to the judge. He has court 7/15 with a back judge. Can/ will this first judge be able to lift the detainer for his release or hold him for all court dates? Can the cases be combined The sentaces ran toghter forgery crim tres C Mischief. Will any of this count? What is the is going to happen? HELP!

  1. If his probation is revoked, he can remain in jail for whatever the remainder of his probation was when he violated it.
