How long can a baby shark be kept for in a 60 gallon tank?

i kno the min. for sharks is atleast 180 but when they are juveniles, the sharks are pretty small. so i wanted to kno how long, if possible can they be kept in a 60 gallon tank before the tank becomes too small for them.

  1. Depends on the shark Bamboo shark which is the most common would be fine for about 2 years before it out grew it  nurse shark is the same thing maybe 2 years. It is not illegal to keep sharks some species it inhumane but not all speices

  3. sharks are not meant to be in a tank of water in your house. They are meant to be in the ocean and free. Let it go.  Do you actually know anything about sharks? Google it and see what you can find.

  4. By shark, do you mean ones from petsmart like rainbow and bala? If its a wild shark, that is illegal.

  5. Keeping a shark is illegal anywhere. It is ment to be in the Ocean so it can grow as big as it wants. ANd if you have a small tank, it stunts their growth...And if someone finds out you could get a fine or go to jail.
