  1. It should be fine, i do it all the time and leave it in the fridge, dont leave it longer then a week tho.

  2. A rose should be served chilled, and if you have kept it in the refrigerator, it should be good for at least a week or even two after opening. If you left it out at room temperature, it's probably okay to drink (as in it won't hurt you) but the flavor may have deteriorated.

  3. Hi Kym,

Sorry to say but bin it as it's well past drinking, when you open a bottle try to drink it in a couple of days.

    Enjoy your next bottle.

  4. Drink it now but don't expect it to be an excellent bouquet

  5. Should be since you wrapped it with cling film to stop nasty bugs getting in.

It's flavour may have changed a little though.

  6. If it has been kept in a fridge and it tastes alright then I would drink it

  7. Is it safe to drink? - A. Probably

Is it going to be worth drinking? - A. Unlikely.

The only way to keep opened wine for longer than a few hours is to exclude as much air as possible say with a vacuum pump and stopper.

I have to say opened wine bottles in this house are rarely a problem.
