How long can a company hold my paid if i quit.

  1. It should go out on the next normal pay day.  Nothing different about it except it's a final paycheck.  If you get paid on the first and 15th, it will go out on the first or the 15th.  :)

  4. you should get your paycheck on the very next payday

  5. I could be wrong, but if I remember correctly they must pay you within 30 days of your last date of work, but most places will send it to you or allow you to pick it up on the next regular pay day.  

  6. If you quit, legally the company can hold your pay until what would have been the normal scheduled pay date. All companies are regulated by your State's Wage & Hour Laws.

  7. Till the next payday.
