Depends on the kind. If it is mayo based like tuna or egg salad, I wouldn't eat it any later than the next day. Others, I wouldn't eat it past two days. So if I made a bologna sandwich today, I would eat it by Saturday.

If it wasn't out too long, about four days is maximum.

Keep it on the bottom of the fridge, that's the coldest level.

Seal it pressing all the air out of the plastic sealer bag.

It should make it that long easily no matter what's on it.

If its a meat sandwich about three to six days.Peanut butter and jelly will last when the jelly expires in the jar it came in.
