  1. The tires are very tough.

  2. one question first....

would this meant that the F1 car would be stationary during burnout? I guess so..lol!!!

then I would say the F1 engine would blew up first before the tires pop...

  3. I'd estimate about 15 seconds in standard GP trim. The major problem would actually be engine temperature. Without high speed airflow, the radiators are so tiny, the engine would get hot very quickly. The engine guys have kittens at the start of each GP when the cars are on the grids just idling. And on demo events they fit bigger radiators and they tell the drivers what engine temp they can go to before they have to get moving again.

    That is for skippy poofs.

My cousin Habib has a fuly sik WRX wif sub woofers that will do a bigger burnout than Formula 1 car mate.

You can get replacement tyres from Mahmoud at the back of Tempe Tyres, becoz he gets them for cash from Spiro at Marrickville Wreckers.

But we did not speak mate.  See you at the Dogs game maaattteee

  5. It REALLY depends... Usually it depends on pavement temperature, tire usage and temperature, speed the tires are spinning, tire pressure, friction of pavement (e.g. rougher tarmac vs. smoother sidewalk material) and amount of rubber remaining.

  6. Engine will let go first.

F1 cars depend on speed to cool their engines, a high reving low speed sustained burn out will cook the engine before the tires.

In the event the engine stays together, well, I don't know, I'd say 45 seconds.

  7. The tyres can withstand a high temperature for a long durations. The engines cannot.
