  1. Get it fixed or stay of the road before you KILL someone IF NOT YOURSELF

  2. not long..front end componets start compounding once one componets goes it tears on the ball joints a arm bushings etc etc..Buy yourself a Hyanes repair manual for $20..price the part you will probably get it for under $100...Install it on your own then have the front end alligned for abot $60

  3. Every situation should be judged based on the specifics of the damage.  But in general I would have to say you shouldn't drive at all with lower control arm problems.  This is what holds you wheel not only in alignment but onto the car.  I've had one tear loose on a truck before and I'm lucky to be alive.  Even if the damage isn't of the sort to result in loss of a wheel it will cause rapid damage to tires and could result in dangerous pull.  If you need to save some money try to locate a used one through a junk yard.  Please be careful and good luck.

  4. There is an inexpensive solution to your problem. Visit or call all the automotive grave yards in your area and ask them to run your part on their computer network with other auto grave yards out of state. They'll drop ship at your house, repair shop or ar your local yard. $700.00 for a lower A arm is completely ludicrous. They are super easy (less than an hour) to change. Call other dealers for a price.

Visit any alignment shop and they will ascertain if the car is safe to drive. If you don't feel qualified get an opinion.

  5. how much do you need...you could buy one for 369 of ebay and its oem.....i wouldnt buy it from the dealer or the mechanic..they will get you for all you got

  6. That's what happens when you drive luxury cars and you can't afford to repair them, the parts are expensive and the car is old so it's probably worn, you shouldn't really drive it if it's pretty bad, a control arm could actually give away totally and break and then you might have an axle or wheel falling out, very dangerous

  7. it will eat tires up .not to mention other steering parts.
