i am going to move to a diffrent school in the same area how long can i have off school so i can wait till i move

  1. In total you are entitled to 10 days other than designated holidays.  You should however seek permission from the school concerned. If there is a good reason why you cannot immediately start your new school, your parent should contact the headteacher there to explain the reason for the delay.  I am sure the school will understand - assuming the reason is a good one - and therefore they would at least know when to expect you. It would certainly look better than you just not turning up, and then explaining that it was because of illness.

  2. Why should you have any time off? Finish one school on the Friday and start he next one on a Monday.

  3. You shouldn't have more then ten days off of school total. Since everyone gets sick at least once, don't stay away from school more then five days.

           if you dont have very many sick days
