You say you are "living in the U.K.", but WHAT is your NATIONALITY?  Your nationality determines if you need a visa or not.  If you are a U.K. CITIZEN, you may stay in Cyprus for 90 days without a visa, and you may apply for an extension.  See site below, enter your nationlity and destination and click to see the info.
