Ok here's my situation, me and my husband had s*x one day after my period ended, but the condom came off and he ejaculated inside...then we got Plan B two hours after, I took one pill right away and another pill 12 hours after. I did not experience any severe side effect thereafter except for fatigue that night. Then I started to bleed 5 days after i took the pills, the bleeding was just like a normal period flow but no cramps( i normally has cramps during period) and it lasted for 4 days then clear. I should expect my period on 19th, but today is already 22nd and my period still not come. I am just so worried and wonder how long at top can plan B mess up the period? Please someone could help! Thanks!!

  1. it should not take longer than 4 weeks after a plan b pill. it just throws it off like that

  2. yes it can

  3. If you read the insert you'll see that after taking Plan B you have an increased chance of getting pregnant because it messes with your natural ovulation.  You should double up on protection for 2 months until your ovulation regulates.  You may want to take a pregnancy test.  If everything is clear, don't worry.
