  1. if she is being held in comtempt of court and does not coorperate they can keep her forever.  People have been in jail for over 20 years on contempt charges.

Sooner or later she will have to cooperate.  Might as well be now.

They will find the child sooner or later ,  with or without her elp.

I consider what she is doing severe child abuse.

  2. Alright they DO have evidence. She has been uncooperative and midleading. They have more then enough grounds to hold her on child neglect, child endangerment, and i'm not sure what it's called but limiting a police search. I've been following this case extreamly closely as I live in Orlando, and they have every right to charge her and i'm hoping she gets the maximum punishment possible. Not calling the cops when your child is missing for a month (the grandmother called or we still would not know she's missing) and lying to the cops about everything is extreamly suspicious. They're basically looking into murder now. she's been gone for so long, the mother isn't being helpful, nobody is getting anywhere, Not many tips are getting sent in (which is odd becuase this case has become national now)

But in regards to your question YES, they can hold her as long as they want to really. She has been granted a bond which means that she could have been out of jail 3 weeks ago if the parents had the money, until she goes to court for the actual hearing of child neglect and such they can keep her until the bond is met. Once the hearing happens her fate will be found at the hearing. Personally I think she's safer in jail. 85% of people think she knows exactly what happened to her daughter. and all the stations in front of grocery stores that george anthony (caylee's grandfather) has set up people have been bashing casey for being a poor mother and heartless. I think she's safer in jail until they find that baby... alive. for more info on the case go to www.cfnews13.com they have it up to date.
