  1. Each state sets its own lengths for every crime.  You can find the statutes online or in your local library.  Some states allow early release; some combine sentences.  It's too variable to answer your question without knowing the state.

  2. Some sentences overlap and some run back-to-back depending on your lawyer's skills.

  3. You may can find a brief outline but sentencing depends a lot on a myrad of other things.  Does the person have a history of criminal activity?  What does the judge think?  What state is it?  Possibility of repeating the offense?  These are just a few.  How about examples?  Better yet, Google the offense as well as your state.  It should give you an idea.

  4. Good question. One way to find out is to call your City Hall and ask for the City Attorney's office. Tell them what it is you'd like to know and see if they can direct you. Worth a shot and you may even learn a little about how the city government works which could come in handy during the presidential election.

  5. it depends on what you do did you pre plan it lots of things the state you live in how old you are

  6. each state has sentencing guidelines for specific crime. the judge uses these but takes in to consideration the history of each defendant and other circumstances. for example someone who gets their first dui but doesn't do any damage will get a lesser sentence than someone with their 2nd or 3rd offence. you can get the sentencing guidelines for your state through the district attorney's office (county or state)
