  1. DO NOT hyperventilate before going under. it will increase your time but it also increases CO2 value and can cause you to pass out and stay under for the rest of your life.

  2. well one time i swam 50 meters underwater (with fins) not sure the exact time

  3. 1 min and 25 sec

  4. the world record is 9 minutes!!!

professional swimmers can hold their breath up to 2-3 minutes easily... you can too, if you practise enough

  5. I can hold it for about 2 mins uderwater. It is always easier for me to old my breath underwater i just swim to the bottom of the pool and stay there.....it's always so calm down there.

  7. Around a minute, tops.

  8. Like for 15 sec or something.... My friend can do it all up to 1 minute!

  9. Personally, I can do it for about 30 seconds. Most people can hold it for slightly longer in a race, because their adrenaline kicks in.

  10. Probably about 35 to 45 seconds.
