This is no joke, I once held my breath underwater for just over 3 minutes, it was in a warm swimming pool on holiday and I had wedged myself under some steps so I could just totally relax my body.

Usually I can stay under for around a minute and a half if I am not moving around, if I am swimming/moving underwater then I can only last around 40 seconds.

I have a cold at the moment so can't get a breath in so probably around 20-30 seconds at the moment ! lol
