  2. I'm rubbish, I can only hold it for about 3 seconds. I don't like it.

  4. I was a hard-core swimmer grownign up i could do it for 2 1/2 to 3 minutes no joke i still love to swim everyday but as a kid i could hold my breath the longest.

  12. Last week during water polo season I was able to hold it up to 3 minutes and I could swim 100 meters underwater in one breath
