How long can you keep contacts in the solution?

i have two weeks contacts and i was just wondering when i put them overnite in the solution and then the next day i don't wear it how long can i keep it in the solution and if i keep it in for 2 days in the solution then can i still wear them 2 days after the two weeks are up?

im not sure what your asking but if you cleaned them and stored them you can keep them in the solution(without wearing ) for up to a month. and if they are two week contacts and you clean them every night my eye doc said i could wear mine after the two week period was up.

You can keep them in the solution as long as you want.  Rule of thumb:  Wear the contacts until they are uncomfortable, then throw away.  My contacts that are 2 week ones usually last longer than that because I take care of them.  Make sure there are no air bubbles in the contact case, otherwise your contacts will dry in the center, and they will tear.  Hope this helps!

I was told by my doctor that I could keep soft's & toric's in saline for up to 30 days; just be sure to change the solution every week.
