I need glasses really bad, but when I wear them, they make my face sweat and my skin in my T zone really greasy. I am considering contacts. What are my options? I am 44 yrs old, so I will need to wear #150 bi-focals to read. I am getting to the point, I am desperate for something to correct my vision besides glasses. I cant see well anymore and its becoming risky because the other day I was waving my self crazy at someone who wasnt who I thought he was cause I couldnt see him.

  1. there are monthy contacts(keep in for month)

there are weekly contacts(keep in for week)

an there are daily contacts(keep in for day)

  2. When you first get contacts your told to wear them only for a few hours the first few days so your eyes can get used to them. Once you are used to wearing them and they feel comfortable you can wear them every day for about 8-10 hours. You must take them out when you sleep.

You can wear them for longer then 10 hours per day but they might make your eyes dry and your doctor may perscribe you a different brand or type of contacts that will not get dry so fast.

You can also talk to your doctor about getting the contacts that you can leave in for 2-4 weeks. That is a special kind that you leave in all the time. I would suggest not getting thoughs because you sleep in them and they can irritate your eyes in the morning. Good Luck.

  3. You suppose to put your contacts on in the morning and take then off to sleep. For first time users only keep them on for like 1hr or 2 till your eyes get used to the contacts.

my since im 16 i keep them on for like 1month i take showers with them and they dont fall out.

    Hope this helps=]
