How long can you refrigerate Menudo Soup before discarding?

I made some menudo soup last sunday and I was just curious, what's the safe zone to eat it, and when should it be discarded. It doesn't smell bad or anything, but is it okay after a week in the ice box (frig)

It has been in your fridge for almost a week - I would throw it out, most foods are only good for 3-4 days in the fridge.
