  1. it depends on your pace, for me , ultra sprinting 3 min (Tired)

running 15-20 (tired) and jogging 35-40 (tired)

    i don't really get a stitches

ps. u dont get winded while running winded  is completely different its called a stitch

  2. If you are in shape you should be able to almost run permanently at a pace without really getting winded.  As far as getting tired I am 5'11 175 pounds and can run an hour to and hour and a half easy and be ready to play basketball 5 5-10 minutes after I finish running.

  3. I can go about 30 minutes at a slow pace if the temp is under 80.  Otherwise probably about 15 without walking.  If you are just starting out I suggest to people to run for 4-5 minutes then walk for 1, and keep doing that for as long as you are comfortable.

  4. well, that depends on pace entirely.  I've done workouts where within 5 minutes i'm breathing heavily, but i've also gone on runs for an hour and a half where i'm not breathing hard until the last 5 minutes or so, when i pick up the pace.
