How long can you store the Japanese white sauce before it goes bad?

Its the japanese dipping sauce aka japanese shrimp sauce aka yum yum sauce. I want to make it, but I'm the only one that eats, so I'd rather be able to make it and store it in the fridge, but I just wonder how long it stays good in the fridge.

not very long maybe say a week or so
