  1. over a week! not worth the money in my opinion! i used baking soda, and it was literally cleaner in one day! crest can eat my dust! (except for their tooth paste and mouth wash!) i hated dealing with thoses d**n strips! they don't even work as well as they are advertised! RIPOFF!
