8 to 18 months depending on the country where the fiance/fiancee lives.  Places like Mexico, the Philippines and Middle East/North African nations seem to be the longest.

There are 2 steps: the first is to get it approved at the USCIS. that usually takes 3 - 4 months depending on where the US citizen lives. The next step is the K-1 interview for the foreign fiancee. My K-1 visa took 7 months from filing to visa delivery. It depends on the country where you are from. Some Consulate are swamped with applications and some are not so interview scheduling could take longer than others.There's also the delays that could happen in your case if you miss out on including required documents/proofs.You can check on the processing times of K-1 visa in the USCIS website.
