Getting a call is not a callback.  That initial call is just to set up an audition.  If you do well at your first audition and they think they can use you for the role then they will give you a callback.  A callback is the second audition for the same project.  Usually you would know that same day, but sometimes it can take a day or two.

As for the initial audition and them calling you.  Honestly I wouldn't hold my breath.  With the information being made public it's likely they are being bombarded with submissions.  Your chances are better if you live where the show is taping and you have a really good headshot.  Your chances are even better if you have real experience on your resume.  Your chances are best if you have an agent who can call the CD and tell them how great you would be for the role.
