I'm 21 years of age w/ a lot of desires ha ha only thing is I'm stuck working a $11.25 n hour job although there does seem to be some potential out of this job... but I'm not sure if this is what i want to do for the rest of my life... i want to go back to college that's for sure all my friends are about to grad. and become important ppl... doctors, lawyers, business men, even an FBI agent etc. and i just hate myself for not staying in school i know its never too late I'm just stuck thinking what i want to do and i hate having all this time just pass me by... anyway if you have any advice on this please share??

  1. I've been retired for a number of years now, and still don't know what I really wanted as a career....Worked as a Vet Tech, HR, and Property Mgr over the years...taking college courses nights....Financial needs and personal fulfillment needs change over the years.  Just because your family members tend to be business men doesn't mean you could not be content being a carpenter, or chef, etc......follow your passion and you will be happy.

  2. good question -- i really did not know until i was retired for several years!!!  than i would say i would like to have done that job!!!

  3. i still don't know. i think most ppl don't take the career they really want, they take the one available.
