How long did rebate check take in the mail to get to you?

supposed to be mailed by 7/4, according to "where's my rebate?" on irs.gov

how long will that take to actually get to me?? How long between when yours was supposed to be mailed and when you received it??

Mine took 2 days past the date of mailing. So I would say expect yours the 7th.

my check was mailed out on a friday and received on tuesday

I got mines the second week they came out. It depends on you SSN.

our was mailed on 6/7 got it 6/10 gone now

My last two on ssn is 78, got letter stating it would be issued 6/27, that following Monday I got someone else's mail, not even mine...so I don't know if someone else got it or if it has not been mailed yet....on hold with irs now (doubt they will have any info but worth a shot) If I find out anything I will let you know!

Note that it will take the Postal Service a few days to deliver it after it is mailed, so if it is mailed according to the IRS schedule on 7/4 (a legal holiday), you may not get it until early in the week of 7/7.

Some rebate checks in a given SSN range go out earlier in the week, but there does not appear to be any recognizable pattern to predict which checks get mailed out earlier in the week.

did you receive your letter yet? My letter stated I will have it on July 5th but from my understanding that is the mail date. We are probably not going to receive them until Monday or Tuesday of next week. I am hoping Saturday though since this is the day I received my letter.
