It took me and my stepsister about an hour and a half to go through it all. like the other poster said, be prepared for long lines. But since its so crowded inside you kind of get 'pushed' along with the crowd so it doesn't take too long to go through. Be sure to check out the "haunted house" section if they still have it, I can't remember exactly what it was called but it was one of the highlights when we went.

I haven't been there in a long time, but I think 2 hours should be sufficient to see most of the attractions. Depending on the day you go or if it's a peak time, there can be long lines/queues, crowds around the "celebs" and waits to get pictures or even just go to the restroom. So be prepared for that, and consider adding extra time as needed.
