how long did your first period back after having a baby last for? and what colour was the blood?

also did it start of one colour then change to another?

I just got my period today.. after 11 weeks. I didnt breastfeed, baby was born via c section. It started off brown now its red, just like before.

I had my fourth baby 11 weeks ago and had my first period 7 weeks after his birth. My bleeding was heavy at first and started off deep red to brown and then became very bright red by about day 3. By the end of the period it was back to dark red. I bled for 8 days.
